Refunds are calculated based on the time remaining before your scheduled transport. Here’s how refunds are determined:
- 47 hours or less before transport:
Unfortunately, cancellations made within 47 hours of the scheduled transport are not eligible for a refund. - 48–71 hours before transport:
Cancellations made within this time frame will receive 50% of the total payment as a refund. - 72+ hours before transport:
For cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled transport, you will receive 70% of the total payment as a refund.
How to Cancel Your Booking
